Began watching the film "The Patriot". With the importance of the American Revolution to Canadian history this is viewed to explore the destruction of the relationship between England/13 Colonies & the subsequent importance of the Loyalists to Canadian history.
It is important to note that with any film there are historical inaccuracies and interpretations of figures may be incorrect.

Note on "Offences Against the Person: Homicide". Followed by a legal case analysis of R. v. Turner (S.A.) (1995), N.B.R. 92d) (N.B.Q.B.). Questions 1 & 3 due tomorrow for verbal discussion.
